Can you remove the mboxtransport line from the core_autoload.php in your 
patch? (possibly not relevant because autoload will be regenerated, but 
patches should be clean :-) )

One problem: the headerIcon is not clickable (seems like a déjà vu, 
wasn't that issue fixed a while ago with the current Reports module?)

If these are fixed: +1 by testing
