+1 by reading, with the note that I think we should keep the 
htmlspecialchar()s in case there will be URLs one day which need it.

I couldn't apply the patch to trunk, ToirtoiseMerge gave errors in a lot 
of file because of Kasper's last name; maybe an encoding issue?
(e.g. tables.php, class.tslib_content.php, tmenu_layers.php, ...)
