So please agree with me, that sections should be modifiable for an
editor if language > 0, because they have nothing to do with the
sections from the default record.
$GLOBALS['BE_USER']->checkLanguageAccess($row[$languageField]); from v2
can be skipped in that case, otherwise check for access to language 0 is
of course needed.
Please have a look at v3.
