[TYPO3-core] RFC: #16644: Ext Direct error as popup appears after BE login

Problem:
Popup appears after BE login (admin user):

Ext Direct error in "t3lib_extjs_ExtDirectApi" with namespace: 
"TYPO3.Ajax.ExtDirect"
Try to clear the TYPO3 cache and / or use paramater no_cache=1 as 
parameter in URL typo3/ajax.php [...]

Description:
There is an ExtJS API for the backend (included in backend.php).
it has to be there as it's used for toolbar items (yet used by workspace 
module). If you deinstall ws extension you will see mentioned error

Solution:
Check refistered array for presence of one handler using this namespace 
and add only if one is found
