[TYPO3-core] Using proper language in mailing lists

Hi all,

I would like to remind you to stay polite and use "clean" vocabulary 
when expressing yourselves in the mailing lists. There have been several 
uses of rude words recently which I think is improper, even when using 
asterisks to replace some letters.

I have nothing against swearing, but that should be avoided in mailing 
lists and especially from Core Team members.

Thanks in advance for being more careful in the future.
