[TYPO3-core] RFC #16626: Improve ExtJS grid styling

Problem:
The ExtJS grid is not perfectly styled, yet.

Solution:
Improve styling of ExtJS grids, especially grouped rows.

Note:
* Credits go to Timo Koenig
* This is for the workspaces module and the new EM.
