yes, this may happen in AJAX mode. It's not the only problem we have in 
this mode, remember the error_handler.
I think this should be handled by init.php, Francois is doing a 
refactor, but i don't know the state of this. We have to ensure that 
autoload works for any mode.

In regular mode this can't happen (AFAIK).
