Did we agree on such a requirement (directory test to be present in
TYPO3 docroot), or is it necessary to have that?

If so, we should document it somewhere and/or write the test, like
suggested by Andreas.

Currently this is the only test which needs that folder and there's no
nice workaround for not needing it (although doable I guess).
