FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
In Safari, SHIFT+ENTER creates a paragraph instead of a br element as it 
should.

Solution:
Looks like a regression... Perhaps the branch was missed when fixing 
issue #14830. Anyways, the attached patch fixes it.
