Problem:
27-08-10 21:00: t3lib_div::fixed_lgd_pre() - since TYPO3 4.1 - Use either fixed_lgd() or fixed_lgd_cs() (with negative input value for $chars) ...
27-08-10 21:00: t3lib_div::fixed_lgd() - since TYPO3 4.1 - Works ONLY for single-byte charsets! Use t3lib_div::fixed_lgd_cs() instead ...

Notice that first line suggests to use t3lib_div::fixed_lgd() which is also deprecated.

Solution:
Fix deprecation text.
