Problem:
t3lib_extmgmTest::getExtensionVersionForLoadedExtensionReturnsExtensionVersion 
fails. The function sets the siteRelPath to the fixture as 
'typo3_src/tests/t3lib/fixtures/' which is not correct.

Solution:
Change the path to 'tests/t3lib/fixtures/'.
