[TYPO3-core] RFC: #15573: Disable deprecation log in config_default

Sorry, but -1 as well, for the same reasons Georg already mentioned.

But I think it should be stated very clearly somewhere that this file can grow quite fast!
(e.g. tt_news causes lots of entries here in 4.4 with warnings about sprites)
