Since they are TYPO3 extensions, sysexts are exportable and importable. 
Therefore, I think we should update the dependencies once for every 
TYPO3 version and for every sysext:

- php:    the TYPO3 version requirement (5.2.0-0.0.0)
- typo3:  the TYPO3 version, strictly (4.5.0-4.5.99)
