[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #15565: Labels of pages deep in the tree or with long titles are cut off as horizontal scrolling is disabled

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
When there is a page with a long title or deep in the tree, the title is 
cut off at the border of the page tree frame.
Also see attached screenshots.


Solution:
allow scrollbars in the page tree frame for horizontal scrolling.
