[TYPO3-core] FYI: sprites and sprite-css are updated

Hi,

thanks to Steffen Ritter - he wrote a patch for extdeveval (see v4 list) 
for autogenerate core sprites via spritemanager.

I did this now and renewed the sprites and sprite css in rev 8677

Now you will find also some missing icons like the recycler in filelist.
