[TYPO3-core] RFC 15502: localization links in list mode are brocken

Hi,

a bit to complex for now.

I investigated and the real reason is the wrong usage: 
$GLOBALS['TBE_TEMPLATE']
because $GLOBALS['TBE_TEMPLATE']->backPath is empty, 
$GLOBALS['SOBE']->doc->backPath is correct.

See attached patch which uses $GLOBALS['SOBE']->doc and this works.

Anyway i will look at your investigation later to fix the handling of 
global objects and paths in list module.
