[TYPO3-core] RFC 15502: localization links in list mode are brocken

Hi,

after some investigation i was able to solve the issue.
You were right that the backPath causes the trouble. Indeed backPath is 
used twice, and for the redirect the backPath is superfluous as 
tce_db.php resides in typo3 dir.

So see attached v5 which solves the issue finally, i will commit 
tomorrow if noone complains. Please test if you're able.
