[TYPO3-core] Important: SVN locked for release of TYPO3 4.5 alpha1

the svn will be locked on

Tuesday, 24th Aug 2010 from 4pm to 6pm

for packaging the release of TYPO3 4.5 alpha1.

Make sure your commits are done before and don't commit anything during 
this time.
