[TYPO3-core] RFC: #15528: Add unit tests for t3lib_db_PreparedStatement

Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

Problem: No unit tests are available for t3lib_db_PreparedStatement yet.

Solution: Add some tests.

Note: I disabled the assertion that the database mock is an instance of
PHPUnit_Framework_MockObject_MockObject until it's cleared why this test
fails for Xavier.
