[TYPO3-core] RFC: #15526: No recipient is logged to syslog if sending of mail failed in t3lib_utility_Mail

Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

Branches: 4-4, trunk

Problem:
When sending of a mail failed, the reciepient and the subject was
intended to log to the syslog. However a wrong variable name was used
for the recipient.

Solution: Use the right variable name.

Note: I consider this a nobrainer.
