Problem:
The new t3skin wasn't applied properly to the Scheduler's BE module.

Solution:
Apply new skin properly.

Notes:
The situation had already been fixed in 4.4. For trunk I was waiting on 
a better solution that mimicking the user setup's module. However I got 
feedback from Steffen Gebert that there still wasn't any general 
skinning for BE forms outside of TCEforms. So we agreed that I would go 
ahead with the same patch as for 4.4. The situation can always be 
improved later anyway.
