[TYPO3-core] RFC: #15513: Log ExtDirect Exceptions in DebugConsole

Hi,

This is SVN patch request.

While develop with ExtDirect it's very problematic to search for errors 
because the exceptions are not catched and you get no error thrown.

The following patch, written by Stafan Galinski, catch all ExtDirect 
Exceptions and show the in DebugConsole.

Steps To Reproduce 	
Also attached is a textextension which throws 2 errors as demonstration. 
Install extension, apply patch and reload BE.
