[TYPO3-core] RFC: #15423: Remove lowlevel page tree

Hi,

this is an SVN patch request

In lowlevel modul (DB check) there is a submodule displaying complete 
page tree. This module has no functionality, and the information is 
redundant, page tree is displayed at several other places, eg in info 
module.

Conclusion: remove this submodule
