It's already present in version 3.6, but isn't it strange to use the 
vowel with umlaut as upper case version of the same (lower case) vowel 
with circumflex? :-)
(Vowel with circumflex are not present in the Danish collation, so they 
were originally also seen as 'foreign' characters)

Anyways the number are correct for the original characters, so
+1 for this patch.
