Description:
It's not possible to set internal links with parameters outside the RTE
(the RTE allows this since a version or two, the rest of TYPO3 doesn't).

Solution:
Allow parameters to be set for internal links when using the "normal"
browse_links class (headlines, images and so on...)

How to test:
Apply the patch and enter some params in the dedicated field in the
element browser (something like
&test=123&thisisanotherparam=param&anarray[here]=hallo)
