[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug #15282: It is impossible to set links to files any more with the link wizard

I've applied the patch, tested it in versions 4.1.14 & 4.3.4 (both with
TemplaVoila) and the affected installations look good to me now. So I
vote +1.
