[TYPO3-core] RFC #8305: SQL debug output is not shown in the Backend

Hi,
really cool - but if there are too many t3lib::debug() calls the list of 
tabs might get really long and can't be handled/accessed anymore. (Just 
click two or three times on the list module when the debugConsole.diff 
is applied and you'll see)
