[TYPO3-core] RFC: #14139: Use condensed mode in backend does not work

Hi,

Problem:
Use condensed mode in backend does not work 

Solution:
The patch fixes an undefined reference to the condensedMode option.

How To Reproduce:
Open a browser of your choice, enter the backend and check the condensed 
mode setting in your user settings. Afterwards you should test if you get 
the page tree and the content in two different steps. Also the shortcuts 
should be opened without the pagetree.

Note:
Unfortunatly I don't know any features of the condensed mode and this should 
be definitly checked by an user of this feature. At least the patch fixes 
the tree issues.
