[TYPO3-core] RFC #14217: Bug: options.pageTree.showPageIdWithTitle doesn't work in record picker

Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
When setting options.pageTree.showPageIdWithTitle to 1, the uids of the 
pages are shown in the page tree.
In a page picker (e.g. the picker of the "General Record Storage page" 
field) this TS option has no effect.

Solution:
Add according code to class.browsse_links.php

Steps to reproduce:
- Set options.pageTree.showPageIdWithTitle = 1 in User TS
- Open a TCEforms page (e.g. page properties)
- Open any record picker where a page tree is shown (e.g. General Record 
Storage page)
