[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug #14116: Selecting/deselecting all records does not work with translated records

Hi,

as Christian already mentioned it doesn't work when there are more 
translations than original records.

So i refactored the all-check. Instead of counting the checked 
checkboxes i simplified: first click on checkAll-icon always checks all, 
second click unchecks all. The state is saved in rel attribute of the 
icon link (we use a checkbox at other places, but as it's an icon i used 
the unused rel tag)

See attached patch, +1 by reading and testing by me.
