It was a bit delayed because the phpunit extension is trying to make my 
live miserable. After I selected "typo3" for the tests it gives me a 
fatal error: Cannot redeclare class RemoveXSS in 
D:\webserver\xampp\htdocs\typo3_src\typo3\contrib\RemoveXSS\RemoveXSS.php 
on line 25

Anyway, I had to test it with some TS of my own.

+1 by reading and testing (apart from the problem that will be postponed 
to a different RFC ;-) )

(What about a review of #14131? :-) It's almost a no-brainer)
