[TYPO3-core] RFC #14033: Feature: Fixed line height setting for Gifbuilder

Does this work for manual breaks only or will this apply to the rest of the
lines with automatic line breaks as well?
And why not call it "lineHeight", since that's what it is?
With a better naming you will get a +1 for the feature ;-)
