[TYPO3-core] RFC Bug #14152: Table sys_log, field details is too small

Problem:
The detail field of table sys_log is defined as a varchar(255) which 
leads to cropped texts, if eg. the scheduler logs errors or backtraces 
to this field.

Solution:
Make it a text field.
