[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug #14116: Selecting/deselecting all records does not work with translated records

Hi,

This is a SVN patch request.

Type: Bugfix

Branches: trunk, 4.3

Problem: If you enable a clipboard and use the "select/deselect all" 
control in the list view, not all records get selected as soon as there 
are translated records around.

Solution: Add a condition in the according JavaScript.

Notes: This should be a no brainer. I hope the post is OK. Please 
forgive me, if not, since it's my first one on core list.
