I've checked your solution with "config.defaultGetVars". It also doesn't 
work :-(

The login process starts in index_ts.php on line 253.

But the config is loaded at line 385.

And I don't see any simple solution to change that because the login 
stuff has to be done before the TypoScript parsing.

Any solution for that?
