Not needed in production. So it comes back to my proposal: have it in SVN

I understood one thing for myself: if I already provide something, people
are likely to use it. If I ask people to get it and then use, they are most
likely skip it. Most people do not like to move much. This is exactly the
case here: you can't make people use unit tests by saying them it is good.
You can make them use unit tests by throwing phpUnit to their hands.
