[TYPO3-core] RFC: #14100: ModuleMenu is too small

Hi,

This is an SVN patch request.

Branch: Trunk

Reason is, that the width (TYPO3.configuration.moduleMenuWidth) is used 
in viewport when the var isn't available.

Solution: add the width when the var is available.

btw - without the patch you're unable to adjust the width by any setting.

For this reason i want to have the bug fixed in beta version, so i 
committed it to trunk rev 7358

Please legalize it with post reviews.
