[TYPO3-core] RFC: #12229: stdWrap has date but no gmdate

Hi,

after only the naming was a decider i know followed the majority and 
used "GMT". I choose capitol letters to show that this is a common 
abbreviation, so it's better for understanding from reading.

.GMT: If set, the formatted date is Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
