[TYPO3-core] FYI: Added feature #14067: htmlArea RTE: Eliminate namespace pollution

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
Plugins are not inside HTMLArea namespace.

Solution:
Bring all plugins within HTMLArea namespace.

This completes elimination of all namespace pollution by the RTE, except 
for variable lorem_ipsum used in connection with extension of same name.
