easiest way to "find" this is to just create an version of a 
"pages_language_overlay" record and hit the swap button. Once you did 
this it seems that both records disappeared in the list-module. If you 
look them up in the database you'll see that both have pid='-1' which is 
totally wrong since now you've two offline records instead of "swapped" 
offline/online states. (See attached screen)

The same happens once you publish something from a workspace.
