[TYPO3-core] RFC #14023: Tweak: Choose proper variable namings in tslib_cObj::getGlobal()

Problem:
tslib_cObj::getGlobal() uses variable names like $c, $k, $a, $var, $vars 
etc

Solution:
Choose more telling names
