[TYPO3-core] RFC #13486: bugfix/code cleanup: wrong icon-state returned from 'getIcon' in class.t3lib_iconworks.php (backend-redesign)

just a reminder ...and proposal how to test this bug:

i had just uploaded the new version of t3xskin (v1.0.0) where this bug 
can be reviewed.
(you know it can take a while until the new version shows up in 
repository: http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/view/t3xskin/current/)

feedbacks are appreciated and maybe someone in this list could stick on 
these issues to get this alternative visual dimension of the 
TYPO3-backend running flawless without XCLASSing and patching.

PS: i know, core-developers have much more important things to solve 
than dealing with such trivial visual things, but it would be nice for 
all TYPO3-users if these "bugs" could be solved someday.
...and believe it or not: this extension was hard work enough...it took 
me years and i want to dedicate this to the TYPO3-community if accepted.
