[TYPO3-core] RFC #12089: Make messages in reports module collapsable

Hi,

This is SVN patch request.

By changing markup to divs the messages are seperated, which looks 
better. As the module can be very crowded in future i made the sections 
collapsable with saving the states via ajax.
