All styles for t3skin must go to typo3/sysext/t3skin. But you made the change in
typo3/stylesheet.css.

I know a couple of site - even if some of you dislike the fact - that run wit hte classic
colour/icon scheme. So please make CSS changes in the correct files and test new stuff also with the
classic skin.
