[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #12036: BE style must match t3skin in Install Tool

The following changes were committed to SVN Trunk (rev. 6074)

Problem:
The style of the Install Tool is very similar to Drupals style, where
the code was derived from. However, it looks very different from t3skin.
Therefore, the style must be changed so it looks more like TYPO3 again.

Solution:
Change the accordant stylesheet definitions.

Notes:
Thanks to Tom Rüther for working out screens and providing a solution
that comes much closer to t3skin.
