[TYPO3-core] RFC: #12075: Add COMPARE Link to update Wizard

Hi,

This is SVN patch request.

After each Update you need to execute COMPARE.

To save some clicks and inform about that very important step i added a 
link to the overview screen of the update wizard, see screenshot.
