Hi Steffen,

that looks nice. But this error message is changeable by a hook, so I
would prefer not to add "one more" t3lib_extMgm::isLoaded('t3skin') but
have t3skin implement the hook and change the output there.

Or course this has to be reverted as soon as we have t3skin as
"default". :) But I think this is something for 4.4 or 4.5.
