[TYPO3-core] RFC: #12055: Add missing sysexts to update wizard

hi again,

made a new patch v4. In this version the updater displays only those 
extensions in "installSystemExtensions" which are actually not installed.

remark: there's one cgl violating long line in the patch. In this case 
this seems to be needed since the content is parsed through nl2br() 
before displaying it
