[TYPO3-core] RFC: #12055: Add missing sysexts to update wizard

Hi,

This is SVN patch request.

There are some sysexts which are not installed by default (and new ones)
They should be presented at first place in update wizard.

added following sysexts to update wizard:
recycler, t3editor, reports, scheduler, rsaauth

remark:
all this extensions are new and should be highlighted at first place 
where you may not know that they exists.
