[TYPO3-core] RFC: #10327: [felogin] redirecting to referer does not work

Hi,

today i overworked the patch as it was quite a while ago, and patch 
didn't applied because of the recent changes.

So here is version 3 that does the redirect correct now.
Sidenote: i deactivated the USER/USER_INT switch as it may lead to wrong 
results.

The main issue of this patch:
Change redirect_url to array, so you get all possible redirects. Then 
decide if you take first or last url, depends on your settings.
